Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Global TENGlish Coach app, provided by Cleanteng Flight, LLC.
Effective: September 3, 2026
1. The service
TENGlish Coach provides guided English practice through a Daily Coach Plan, Expression Studio, reviewed source context, American and British read-aloud, saved expressions, written checks, learning evidence, Journey progress, privacy-safe share signals, and optional AI coaching.
2. Learning and AI limitations
Lessons and AI responses are educational aids, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important meanings and factual claims using reliable references and the disclosed source context.
3. Content and intellectual property
The TENGlish Coach interface, original learning treatments, editorial structure, and brand materials belong to Cleanteng Flight, LLC or its licensors. Public-source facts and referenced materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Attribution in the app does not transfer ownership. You may use the app and create personal learning evidence and Journey share signals for non-commercial learning purposes, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or lesson collection as a competing dataset or product.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass App Attest or usage limits, probe or disrupt infrastructure, submit unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, or use automated means to extract content at scale. We may restrict access needed to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service.
5. Accounts and payment
This release does not offer user accounts, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. If paid or account-based features are introduced later, the applicable terms and price will be shown before you use them.
6. Availability and changes
We may update lessons, sources, features, providers, or regional availability and may suspend a feature for maintenance, security, rights review, or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, voice, source link, or AI response will always remain available.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TENGlish Coach is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular result. Cleanteng Flight, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
